Processing Time
- Processing time can take 6 as all items are printed to order. Orders may be processed sooner depending on current order volume and size.
- Items are processed in the order they are received. We offer a variety of options and do not keep a stock of items on hand to keep prices low.
Shipping
- Shipping prices are calculated at checkout by the carrier.
- USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Shipping, or UPS option must be selected to receive insurance up to $100 on your package.
- A required signature can be added to your delivery for an additional cost. Additional costs will be the burden of the customer. Please contact us before checkout if you want that option.
Shipping Disclaimers
- SJ 3Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package be lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping and insurance was not selected at checkout, SJ 3Designs will not replace said items.
- PACKAGE PROTECTION: We urge you to consider choosing USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS shipping protection at checkout as each of these comes with a standard $100 insurance coverage. However, note that SJ 3Designs will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen AND you purchased the shipping protection at checkout, please reach out to us for assistance on how to file a claim.
- We advise against the authorized use of freight forwarders. If a freight forwarder is used to transfer an order to a location outside of the continental US, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. We are not responsible for return shipping or any other fees incurred by the forwarding of goods.
PRIORITY SHIPPING NOTE: Selecting Priority Shipping ensures that your package is sent Priority Mail. It does not give priority status to your order in the order queue.
