Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted after your order has been shipped.

 

Cancelled orders 

• Unprinted Orders: $5 cancellation fee.
• Printed Orders: $5 cancellation fee + 10% restocking fee.
• Pre-Shipment Errors: A restocking fee may apply for order adjustments or cancellations due to the selection of incorrect items by the customer before shipment

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
