Where's my order?

Since all of our items are lovingly made to order, the estimated shipping timeframe for your specific order can be found in a few places:

  • Your Confirmation Email: This email, sent shortly after you placed your order, contains the expected shipping window.
  • Website Banner: We always display our current production and shipping times in a banner at the top of our website for easy reference.
  • Order Confirmation Checkbox: Before finalizing your purchase, you were required to acknowledge and agree to the stated shipping timeframe.

If your order's expected shipping date has passed, please don't hesitate to reach out! You can use the Contact Us form on our website, and our team will be happy to look into the status of your order for you.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Thanks for asking! Due to the limited space in our home-based printing setup, we're unable to hold and combine multiple separate orders into a single shipment.

How can I get free shipping on my order?

We provide standard shipping at no cost for original orders totaling $100 and up within the US. Please note that adding items to an existing order later won't count towards qualifying for free shipping.

Can I include additional items in my existing order?

Whether you can add to your order depends on the timing:

During a Sale: If there's a current sale event, additions to existing orders are permitted only within the duration of the sale.

Outside of a Sale: If it's not a sale period, you may be able to add items to your order within 5 days of placing it, provided it hasn't shipped yet. To request an addition, please reply directly to your order confirmation email with the items you'd like to include. Please note that adding items may cause a slight delay in your order's overall processing and shipping time.

What are the care instructions?

Keeping your 3D printed item clean is easy! Here's how we recommend caring for it:

  • For regular cleaning: Simply wipe down the surface with a damp paper towel between uses.
  • For thorough cleaning: You can soak the item in warm, soapy water and gently wipe away any grime. Make sure to rinse it well with clean water.
  • Important Note: Our 3D printed items are NOT dishwasher safe. The high temperatures and harsh detergents can damage the material, so we strongly advise against this cleaning method.

Magnet Care & Use (if applicable to the item):

If your item includes magnets, please handle them with care:

  • Handle with Care: To prevent chips or breaks, avoid dropping or any rough handling.
  • Separation: If a magnet becomes stuck to a surface, do not pull it off by the handle. Instead, gently slide the magnet to release it.
  • Storage: When not in use, keep magnets away from other metal objects and sensitive materials that could be damaged by magnetic fields.

A word of caution: Our 3D printed items are not resistant to acetone or other harsh chemicals. Using these substances can cause discoloration or damage to the product.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes, we absolutely welcome custom orders and personalization requests! We love bringing unique ideas to life.

I love the colors you use! Where can I find them?

Thank you for your interest in the colors we use for our 3D prints! While we appreciate you asking, the specific sources and types of materials we use are proprietary to our process and not something we share publicly.

Can I purchase your 3D model files for my own personal printing?

Thanks for your interest in our designs. However, we do not sell our 3D files for personal use. Our designs are proprietary and intended for our exclusive production. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you offer shipping outside of the United States?

Yes, we're happy to ship our products worldwide! The exact shipping rates, as well as any applicable taxes and duties, will be clearly displayed for your review during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. This ensures you have all the cost information specific to your order and shipping destination.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging your order, but unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take Photos: Please take clear photographs of both the shipping packaging (including any visible damage to the box) and the damaged product itself. These photos will be helpful for our claim process.
  2. Email Us: Send an email with the photos and a description of the damage to info@sj3designs.com. Our team will review the information and get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. What should I do?

We understand it can be concerning when your tracking information doesn't update as expected. Since SJ3 Designs has no direct control over the postal service and we see the same tracking information you do, here are the recommended steps to take:

  1. File a Missing Mail Search with USPS: This is the most effective first step to prompt the postal service to locate and move your package. You can do this directly on the USPS website.
  2. If the Missing Mail Search is Unsuccessful, File a Claim: If, after filing a missing mail search, USPS is unable to recover your package, you will then need to file a missing mail claim with them. Once this claim is approved, USPS will provide compensation for the lost items, and you'll be welcome to place a new order with us.

Please know that while we wish we had more direct influence over the shipping process, initiating the missing mail search and claim directly with USPS is the quickest way to resolve these situations.

Are reward points valid during sales?

Currently, our policy does not allow for reward points to be used in conjunction with sale prices or other discount codes. We appreciate your understanding that these are separate benefits.
